Designed and validated a fully analog high-voltage contactor control system featuring sequenced pre-charge, integrated IMD fault logic, and isolated voltage sensing via the AMC1411. Engineered for 600 V operation with robust creepage/clearance, galvanic isolation, and fault-safe latching to meet stringent FSAE safety requirements.
